All iPro Academy courses and programs have a ‘No Refund Policy’. Due to the digital format of iPro Academy products, the customer receives immediate benefit from the product prior to the return such as access to all course content, community access, software access, live coaching calls, and other online resources.
For any purchases that is over $25 USD, there is a 3-day cancellation policy. For whatever reason you wish to cancel your purchase, you will be eligible to receive a full refund within 3-days of purchase (or 72 hours including non-business days). To request for a full-money back cancellation, please email support@iproacademy.com for assistance.
Please note: All returns will be credited back to the original payment method used. It may take up to 7 business days for the credited amount to be reflected in your account.
iPro Academy Premium Membership: You may request to cancel your iPro Academy Premium membership at any time you wish. However, no refunds will be processed. Cancellation will take effect immediately upon your next billing cycle depending on your subscription plan.
iPro Premium Monthly ($197 USD Per Month): If you are enrolled in the Monthly subscription plan, your cancellation will take effect upon your next month billing cycle. This means if your monthly plan started on July 1, 2019, your cancellation will not take place until one month after on August 1, 2019, at which point, your subscription will be cancelled and you will not be charged further.
iPro Premium Yearly ($1,970 USD Per Year): If you are enrolled in the Yearly subscription plan, your cancellation will take effect upon your next year billing cycle. For instance, if your yearly plan started on July 1, 2019, you will have access to your Premium membership until July 1, 2020, at which point, your subscription will be cancelled and you will not be charged further.
Changing Subscription Plans: If you are on a Yearly subscription and you wish to change to a Monthly subscription, your yearly subscription payment will be used as credits for your monthly subscription. Alternatively, if you are on a Monthly subscription and you wish to change to a Yearly subscription, you will need to pay the difference to activate the Yearly plan.
Upon cancellation, your iPro Academy Premium membership will be removed and will be reverted back to a free iPro Academy account. This means your access to any courses received for your Premium membership will be removed except for the courses that you have purchased prior to your Premium membership enrollment. Your access to the iPro Academy Premium Facebook community, as well as access to the Bi-Weekly Q&A sessions and Monthly Coaching Webinars with Fred will also be removed. Starting From Zero (Audiobook): There is a 30-day refund policy should you wish to cancel your access to the Starting From Zero (Audiobook). Upon refund request, any access to the audiobook including the digital copy will be removed from your iPro Academy account.
iPro Academy Subscription Products (eCompreneur): There is a 3-day cancellation period from the time you subscribe to a product to receive full money-back. After the 3-day cancellation period, no refunds will be issued. However, you may cancel your recurring subscriptions anytime you wish. You will have access to the product until the end of your recurring cycle. After that, your access to the product will be removed from your iPro Academy account.
