As of October 25, 2016, iPro Academy has a NO REFUND policy due to the coaching sessions, training & software, community access, 24-hour support and other immediately accessible resources you receive upon enrolment.

Zero Up™ No-Refund Policy

As of October 25, 2016, Zero Up™ has a NO REFUND policy due to the training & software, community access, 24-hour support and other immediately accessible resources you receive upon enrolment. However, there is a 3-day cancellation policy in place if you want to cancel access to the software and training within 3-days of your purchase date. Simply email Support@iProAcademy.com and we will gladly refund your money back in full. However, after 3-day period, no refunds or cancellations will be processed.

iPro Lab Refund Policy

If you are an existing iPro Academy member, you will get free 14-day access to iPro Lab. Alternatively, if you are a new iPro Lab member, you will get an instant 14-day iPro Lab free trial for just $1 USD. At any time within those first 14 days, if you do not find any value that will benefit your business, simple email us at Support@iProAcademy.com and we will stop your free trial and cancel your subscription for future rebills, no questions asked.

You can of course cancel your iPro Lab membership at any time. The minute you cancel, you will not longer be billed for future months.
Because of the costs that we incur due to the bi-weekly updates and weekly coaching sessions, we cannot offer full refunds. However, we understand every circumstance is unique, if you cancel within 3 days of the recurring payment, we will gladly refund your last month’s payment.

iPro Leads Refund Policy

As of October 25, 2016, iPro Leads has a NO REFUND policy due to software integration updates, 24-hour support, and other immediately accessible resources you receive upon enrolment.

Dark Post Engine Refund Policy

Your access to the Dark Post Engine software is backed up by a 30-day full money back guarantee. If within those 30-days, you did not find our software helpful or beneficial in any way, simply email Support@DarkPostEngine.com and we will gladly refund your money back in full. However, after the 30-day mark, no refunds will be processed.

How Refunds Work

Each iPro Academy training and software comes with its own refund policy. Depending on the product/service you purchased you may request a refund in a 30-day time frame. Some product/service come with a NO REFUND policy. The refund period starts from the day you purchased the product/service unless otherwise specified. Any and all physical materials you might have received, such as physical books, DVDs, CDs and the link, need to be returned to us in order for your refund to be processed.

Of course, digital products you’ve downloaded cannot be “returned” to us, so we trust you to not re-sell or otherwise re-distribute those files. Also if you get a refund but continue to use a product/service you purchased from us it is a violation of intellectual property rights laws (in other words, it’s stealing, and that’s not right).

How to Request a Refund

Simply email your refund request to Support@iProAcademy.com. Please include the words “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email to help us get to it quickly.

IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION: It may take up to 7 business days for your refund to be credited back to your account. Most of our products have a no-refund policy, however, we do have a 3-day cancelation policy in place for products that are over $25. Should you find after 3 days that you want a refund, please contact us at Support@iProAcademy.com and ask for a refund of your payment. After 3 days we incur costs (e.g. coaching calls, community, and software) and therefore, can no longer offer a refund.It would be very helpful to us if you’d also tell us why you’re requesting a refund. This is NOT required, and we won’t use this information to try and “sell” you something else. But we do take feedback seriously, and it really does help us make better products and improve our sales process. We want every customer to be satisfied.
